Treat yourself (and someone you love!) to an experience of restorative chakra yoga and sound healing to re-vitalize every cell of your being, re-energize each chakra, and re-store your body-mind-spirit into health and wholeness!

In this workshop you linger in simple, aligned, and supported (via blankets, bolsters, and other props) yoga postures to nourish and energize each chakra for longer duration (5- 10 minutes per pose) to ease chronic stress and allow deep relaxation

WHILE hearing and feeling the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, the unison, harmony, and octave frequencies of tuning forks, and vocal tones.

Plus receive aromatherapy with essential oils for the chakras!

Holistic Highway 21 Day Ayurveda Cleanse

This special series is a 21 day Ayurveda group cleanse led by Ayurvedic practitioner Kerry Harling! We will meet as a group in four 2-hour sessions during the cleanse.  A perfect opportunity to cleanse this spring without feeling deprived.  You will be supported every step of the way!  

Below is an outline of what to expect:

Week One - During the first week as you begin to eliminate toxic foods and lifestyle habits, your digestion will improve, you will have more clarity, you will have a deeper awareness about your Ayurvedic body type and what’s keeping you stuck in old effective habits that leave you feeling crappy. For your holistic cleanse, Kerry will guide you through yoga, meditation, Pranayama, and other practices to enhance and support your journey.

Week One - In the second week, we will delve into the classic Ayurveda cleanse in a modern way that is accessible to you and your life. Kitchari - an easy to make Ayurvedic super-food, will be your daily detox dish. Kerry will support you and be your accountability partner to keep you on track even when you feel like giving up. Through simplifying your life and your diet and simply…letting go, you will begin to detoxify.

Week Three - As you learn sustainable daily routines, you will develop a greater appreciation for true sustenance that is right for you. You will be empowered through the knowledge of self-care through personal guidance and accessible Ayurvedic wisdom.

Week Four - We will wrap up with sharing our success stories and learn how to go forward and maintain the gains made in this cleanse.

Join Erin Grace, owner of Bend The Bridge Yoga in Bridgeville, for a yoga-inspired stretch class set within the nurturing salt cave at Salt of the Earth.

This 60-minute class will include a blend of functional movements and

deep stretches that will ease away tension while absorbing the healing properties of the surrounding salt cave. Our class will have a soothing musical playlist and conclude with a relaxing savasana.
