Restorative Chakra Yoga/Sound Healing/Aromatherapy Mini-Retreat

Ahhhhh- deep sigh! It's time to take care of yourself, to RESTORE yourself to wholeness, balance, and well-being of body, mind, and spirit. Treat yourself (and someone you love!) to an experience of restorative chakra yoga and sound healing to re-vitalize every cell of your being, re-energize each chakra, and re-store your body-mind-spirit into health and wholeness!

In this workshop you linger in simple, aligned, and supported (via blankets, bolsters, and other props) yoga postures to nourish and energize each chakra for longer duration (5- 10 minutes per pose) to ease chronic stress and allow deep relaxation

WHILE hearing and feeling the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, the unison, harmony, and octave frequencies of tuning forks, and vocal tones.

Plus receive aromatherapy with essential oils for the chakras!

CBD Yoga

Bend The Bridge Yoga is excited to partner with Blue Ridge Hemp Co. to provide a complimentary CBD Yoga class.

CBD Yoga is new and different way to practice yoga, particularly for those who are suffering from chronic pain or have an invisible illness like anxiety or depression.

Class will begin with an introduction to Blue Ridge Hemp Company's all-natural, vegan, non gmo CBD products. Erin will then guide students through a 1 hour Slow Flow/Restorative yoga class and students will be given sample sizes of 2 essential roll on blends and a muscle gel for use during the class.  Students can apply the products to pressure points, bottoms of feet, and areas of pain before and during class so they can enjoy the benefits as they find inner peace and that sense of calm.


Intermediate Series Workshop w/Erin Grace

The perfect follow-up to our 6-Week Beginner’s Series, or for anyone looking to refine their existing practice!

In this workshop we will have an opportunity to review poses and answer questions on those that were taught in the Beginner’s Series.   From there we will build on the following: exploring variations, working with transitions between poses,  building core strength in your practice, and gently move into arm balancing and inversions.

If you are looking to enrich your practice or are ready to take the next step after the Beginner’s Series,  this workshop is for you!
