Explore various types of meditation in stages. Essential oils will be used throughout the experience.

Stage 1 - FIRE: High energy movement
Stage 2 - WATER - Flowing movement
Stage 3 - AIR - Seated Pranayama
Stage 4 - EARTH - Seated Meditation
Stage 5 - AETHER - Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep)

NO YOGA OR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a spill-proof water bottle

$25 - Limited spacing - preregistration highly suggested
