One of my favorite self-care routines is to create DIY face masks for healthy skin. So today, I am going to share one that is good enough to eat.
A mask can be made very simply with just two ingredients and can take your skin from dull to bright in just 20 minutes.
Why Use A Mask?
I like to mask once a week to pamper my skin. Masks help to hydrate and smooth the appearance of the skin. It can help your skin feel soft and polish your pores. Make an easy avocado mask with healthy fats, Vitamin E, and other antioxidants to make your skin look and feel hydrated and even-toned. Adding honey, a natural humectant can make it feel hydrated. In just 5 minutes you can make this super easy mask to beautify your skin. All you need is a ripe avocado and honey.
2 teaspoons honey
Clean the skin and pat dry. Mash the avocado and add two teaspoons of honey. Mix in a bowl and apply to skin. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Apply moisturizer.
